Advantage XI is a great product for most agents and teams and offers a number of excellent tutorial videos and documentation.
Syncs with google and is relatively easy to use if you are familiar with programs like outlook and or large CRM's.
It does not come with many extra's like campaigns, marketing bits and pieces so it will take a bit of work to implement all the power of the program out of the box.
On the flip side, it offers great flexibility for those that really want to create their own contact and follow up environment.
Tech support is great but a bit pricey in my book
It is one of the few programs that can/will operate both on and off-line so its very dynamic in a variety of team set ups. So far my 2nd most popular CRM.
