Cloud CMA is now expanded - and has a complete suite in the cloud.
The best part is, many MLS have adopted this and is giving it as a free service to their members.
I think for a quick analysis, CloudCMA is the way to go. It can be completed and presented to the client in no time.
Also, one can pick and choose the listings they want to add to the market analysis.
Life is simple for the new agents when they use CloudCMA to create a complete comparative market analysis for their clients.
Overall - great product.
And I do have an access to just the CMA part.
