Had an old employee use this phone for about a couple months before abandoning it for something much better. The phone is not optimized at all, feels clunky, and lacks the features and support of all other big name smart phones. Blackberry has to return to the drawing board if they want to compete in this rapid market. Otherwise they will only be a memory.
