OK, I know a lot of people think that the iPad is nothing more than an expensive toy for real estate agents. They couldn't be further from the truth.
While it's not a replacement for a full flegded PC, an iPad can make an agent completely mobile, and largely paperless. The amount of real estate apps available is incredible, and largely inexpensive.
Access to the MLS while out with clients is a breeze. Listing presentations pop with excitement in front of potential sellers.
I can't speak more highly of the iPad for real estate agents.
