Product Description
Rocket Lease provides an online rental application process for landlords, property managers, and leasing agents to screen potential tenants for their vacant rental properties.
Instead of asking tenants to fill out a paper application, the property manager can give have the applicant fill out the application on an ipad or mobile device (or just send them a link). As soon as they're done, Rocket Lease automatically runs credit reports, criminal background checks, and eviction history in less than 5 minutes.
The applicant pays the application fee online with a credit card.
It's 100% FREE for the property manager.

For 15 dollar one can submit a rental appls at no cost to landlords or property manager,
For 35 dollars one gets the credit report, eviction history, sex offender(new) on the applicant,
It is an all in one product product and making manager job simpler.

Rocket Lease may be just what we are looking for to screen tenants and take the paperwork side of things off of us. We need a source to get the credit reports runs and to evaluate the tenants and have them pay for the application screening up front. This app was more hindering than useful. Tried it for one session of showings and there's no way to do multiple instances of it or hand them out to people as they leave. Better alternatives are definitely hard copies of the application as well an online version on your own website. I wouldn't bother with it.

An easy way to handle Rentals. Complete with the online application and screening it offers everything you would to get the job done. I used to have to run my own credit checks when I got stuck doing a rental but Online handles everything. I really suggest this for rentals needs
