iPhoto is is a good product for those down-and-dirty quick jobs where it is not critical to have the best. It is not like full-blown Photoshop, however, it is perfect for making basic photos better. It lets you crop, straighten, sharpen up and up the color intensity. It does not do is allow the user to add layers of do a lot of manipulation. This program, like most of the software developed for Apple Computers, is easy to use and is very intuitive.

Iphoto is another part of Apple's great "ecosystem". Your photos can be on all of your apple products at the same time. Your Iphone can take some excellent photos and you can edit them on your mac or ipad without having transfer the photo-it will be right there on your device ready for you to edit.

Well, it's an APPLE product - what should you expect? Yes, nothing but the best.
Not only this is a library to store pictures taken on your iPhone or iPad, this can be edited, too - intuitively.
And with iCloud Photo Library, you can keep a lifetime’s worth of photos and videos stored in iCloud and up to date on your Mac, iOS devices, Apple TV, and even your PC.
After all it is an Apple product - has to be good.

iPhoto is a tool that one really loves or hates. I do have mixed feelings about the app. For the novice, it is a very handy and easy to use tool without investing all that money for Photoshop. If you want to do some quick photo editing and cropping, I recommend this product. If you are really, really serious about photo editing, then, there are the alternatives. Overall, great product for the novice if you want a quickie.

I use iPhoto to edit all of my listing photos before they get uploaded to go live. I like to use the enhance one touch quick fix to adjust white balance. The most important tool for me tho is the "Straighten" feature so I can fix anything that might be the slightest bit crooked. A straight picture with clear subject and excellent lighting can make all of the difference.

A very handy and easy to use tool and to think I paid all that money for Photoshop? iPhoto is easy to use and you can access it anywhere. I learned it about it here on Active Rain and are so glad I did. If you want to do some quick photo editing and cropping or how every advanced you take it, I recommend this product.

I use iphoto every week. While it is not my primary way of taking photos, I have confidence that the photos will be of good enough quality to use on my blogs, Send to friends and to use in social media. It is easy as can be and I always have my phone with me and ready to shoot. I then send them to iCloud for storage and easy access.

OK, iPhoto is not like full-blown Photoshop. But it is perfect for taking basic photos and making them better. It lets you crop, straighten, sharpen up and up the color intensity. What it does not do is allow you to bring an item into the picture or or do a lot of manipulation. And you don't have to take a serious course to learn how to do it. This program, like most of the software developed for Apple Computers, it completely intuitive.
