I attended Bob Stewart's Webinar last Friday on useful Apps for I phones, I pads, smartphones, etc. One of the products was a mortgage calculator for an I-phone. I could not find the same calculator for an I-Pad. I just bought an I pad here in late June before we went on Vacation. My idea is to gear up the I Pad so it can assist me with my Real Estate business. I did find a Mortgage Calculator with the above name and it works just fine. It gives all the data one needs plus an amortization schedule. I have a regular calculator but showing a client this calculator will not be useful. The IPad version can be saved, viewed as many times as you want and has a graph. This is perfect to be able to show a client in person and makes the calculation quickly and without any issues. I recommend to all that they should have a mortgage calculator on their smart phone or I pad or lap top .
