Tenants pay once to obrain a report, and if they decide they want to rent from you, Turbo Tenant will send you a thorough check with credit, previous addresses, any history of evictions and a criminal check. Turbo Tenant is also setting up a service that allows tenants to use the site to pay their rents, which are deposited into your account. I think they are filling a big void!
