Review for Termite Inspection Services

This is a recommendation for using Mr. T's Pest control for Termite inspections during your Kauai escrows. Currently there are two companies on Kauai that provide tenting service for residences. I've had good experiences with both of them. Mr. T's does NOT provide tenting and has no incentive to recommend it unless absolutely necessary. The owner is the sole inspector but has good staffing that keeps his schedule running smoothly. He has decades of experience here and that shows when he does his inspections. Well-versed in all of our local pest problems he quickly identifies the culprits involved. It's not always (or only) termites! I'm happy that this company also offers a green solution for pest control. Owners that don't have major infestations that require tenting can hire Mr. T's, and opt for the green solution if they want to avoid the worst chemicals. This company does good inspections, is easy to work with and has very reasonable fees.
