Contacted TenantReports.com and ordered two reports. The reports were sparse and did not provide any value what-so-ever that could be included in a rental application.
Asked for my $50.00 back and they said now. That I needed a site verification for an additional $50.00 for additional information. Spoke with someone named Tim, and he provided the last name Bowman only after numerous requests on my part.
Do yourself a favor and don't lose your investment like I did.
