It is difficult to work in a market where my associates had to show every one of their listings by themselves. Of those who use CSS, they say it really helps. The appointments are scheduled by the buyer's agent and they receive notification. They say it is very easy and convenient for everyone involved in the transaction. This is feed back from others as I do not have any first-hand experience with the service.
