Review for Centralized Showing Service

I do not usually post reviews, but I feel that I had to warn people about this company. Ill keep it short. My husband and I were renting our home for 3 years in Raleigh, we have a small child. The owner decided he wanted to sell the home 9 months before our lease was up. We knew we couldn't get a mortgage, so we wouldn't be able to buy at the time. He hired Garden Gate Realty , who hired Centralized Showings to assist. This is where all the headaches began. Centralized Showings, I understand what their job is, but our situation was different. They harrassed us non stop. The calls were non stop, the texts were non stop, the voice mails were non stop. This went on from early morning until 10:00 pm at night. I had even asked them to not call me that late and they still did! I stand by using the word " harrassed" because when you ask someone to stop bothering you late and they still do, that is harrassment. I don't think asking them not to call me until 10 pm at night should be too much to ask. This went on for 9 months. Every single day they would call. We had to make it so we would only have showings on the weekends because we couldn't take it anymore. We felt like we had become the manager or realtor for the owner because we were getting these calls all day every day. If you deal with this company already, you know what I am talking about. Anyone thinking about using them, don't! Maybe because our situation was different and we weren't the owner it was more annoying, but I think for anyone who doesn't want non stop harrassing calls, texts and voicemails, do not use Centralized Showings.
