Review for Centralized Showing Service

I feel jealous for those of you that gave raving reviews for this service. Perhaps it's the service area you're in. Here in the Chicago market, the operators answering the phone leave ALOT to be desired. Sure, it's nice having someone always answer, set up the showing and coordinate feedback from those agents, but that's what we pay for. I would gladly pay more if they had competent operators answering the calls. We get several calls a day from CSS because they either don't understand the showing instructions, or they just aren't on the same page and can't do their job properly. Again, convenient but would pay more for better operators.
