In my opinion a Home Warranty is always a good idea for a Home Buyer. What some may not realize is that a Home Warranty can also be ordered for the benefit of the Seller - at no cost to the Seller. We happen to use Old Republic Home Protection as our home warranty vendor of choice. As stated on the Home Warranty of America web site: "A home warranty allows you to never worry about the high cost of repairing or replacing your home's appliances or mechanical systems. You will not have to search any directories for contractors or repair technicians or wonder whether you can trust an unfamiliar service vendor."
