I have known may agents who have used the AHS protection plan as it has been around for a long time. Many of these agents are top producers and I have sold this service with many homes. many feel that managing client expectations can help though. Any home owner can encounter long waits and difficulties when dealing with a repair service. The complaint I have heard is that clients are assuming everything is covered and it isn’t. They may end up feeling cheated. That isn't a failing of AHS, it's a mater of expectations.
