Review for HMS Home Warranty

I would only provide my opinion reflecting my personal experience. I've had Home Warranty of America on my homes for ever. They are honest, their techs and contractors are top notch and the service is 7 days. That being said, most of the reputable home warranty firms are competing with one another and you know competition leads to better service. There are some providers who disclose certain "conditions" from what I've seen and had reported to me by clients. One client was turned down for an A/C repair because they didn't have a maintenance on the unit in the last 6 months as required in fine print in the contract. Caveat Emptor, always.
