Review for First American Title Insurance, Specialty Insurance, and Real Estate-Related Services

I used to be a big fan of First American and they were my go to warranty company for my buyers. Until they dropped the ball on a couple clients within a two month period and it was a sign that they were playing the old cost mitigation game. They had one client have four different vendors come out before they agreed to do anything. He was without his refrigerator for a month. Completely unacceptable. I switched to Old Republic after those incidents and they've been awesome.
