Review for Old Republic Home Protection - Home Warranty Provider

I've had some good experiences, but several times I've had some horrible ones that never got resolved. Bad: 22 year old dishwasher ran, but didn't clean the dishes. 2 technician visits said nothing broken, we can't fix. They refused to replace even thought the dishwasher was well beyond it's useful life, because htere was nothing actually broken. Everything was just worn... This was to a client that has has home warranties on their properties for over 10 years. They stopped them all after that. OR cold have replaced the thing as they should have for $450. In the end they lost a client, frustrated the renters, and just lost a lot of credibility in the eyes of an active agent in the area . They are good at making a quick fix. but it the best course is replacement, they will not allow the repair personnel to recommend that , from my experience.
