I have used xpressdocs on several occasions, generally for homes priced $400,000 and higher. They are easy to use and put out a quality product. Their website is user friendly. I can pick a template and color scheme, add photos, logos and text. I can select the fields of information I want included. I can include or exclude the price. Their turn around time is quick. I can't really think of any negatives. I would HIGHLY recommend xpressdocs.com. It was recommended to me!
