The bottom line: I tried Homesnap Pro a couple times to run ads on Facebook form I just listed and just sold properties. A few hundred dollars later, no click tracking results and no leads.
Pros:
It's very easy to use.
They have basic adds to choose from or for a few dollars you can upgrade to different ad designs. You can reword what they automatically include or use your own wording. (I tried both.)
Cons:
You need to have a listing or a sale to generate an ad.
The lowest budget ad is $50 and estimates that you will get 20 to 40 clicks. The medium budget ad is $100 and estimates that you will get 50 to 70 clicks. But the clicks are evasive. You never get a report telling you how many clicks you actually got.
There is no place in your account to cancel. You need to rely on emailing customer support, them actually responding to your email, following up with them if they don't respond and then them actually canceling your account once you do get in touch with them.
In the end, I had no leads or business as a result of using Homesnap Pro Facebook ads.
