I've been using VFlyer for many years and like it. VFlyer lets me create a good looking flyer for each of my listings and gives me various publishing and syndication options. I can print hard copies, email it to individual customers or use it for a mailing list. I can also use the html code to post it to Craigslist or Backpage. There are quite a few layout choices so your flyers don't all have to look the same. Sellers love the look. Personally, I like the listing flyer widget that can be placed on a website or blog which constantly rotates all published flyers in a nice and compact format right on the site. If you haven't tried VFlyer before, I can only recommend it.
