Unless my memory is faulty, Real Estate Shows was the brain child of Jeff Turner, who was very active on Active Rain in the early days. At one point we used the product - never had any issues with it - it worked well. As things ramped up we outsourced the virtual tour process and photography to Tour Factory. That said - if you want to do it yourself - you should give strong consideration to using Real Estate Shows.
