High End Internet Leads (by joybender)

When I moved from the Twin Cities, MN and transitioned from the mortgage industry I had not only no contacts in San Diego but I also had never sold a home. Househunt is structured so that you rent a community site not necessarily based on zip code but more so on neighborhood. Your monthly fee includes a lead guarantee that is different in each market. These leads are exclusive to you the agent. I started Househunt in November of 2011 with only two territories and by August 2012 I had a $2,800,000 deal, $2,025,000 and $950,000 on the books. December 2015 I have grossed over $1,300,000 in commissions from Househunt leads, inclusive of a $16M sale in 2014. As agents we can procur leads from a variety of sources Trulia, Zillow, Realtor.com, movoto or Redfin referral fees, blogging, our own private websites, and social media. After four years of househunt leads I believe there is not another online lead source that can consistently bring in million dollar plus quality lead data. I'm writing this review because if you are interested in breaking into the high end of your market this is your ticket to success. Psychologically HNWI househunt.com prospects feel comfortable entering in their contact information because they don't feel like they are on a "realtor's" website. It feels like a community real estate site. I've closed deals for UHNWI, a famous hostage negotiator who worked for JFK administration, and numerous ultra successful business entrepreneurs who even enter in their home address. This home address is imperative in high end lead conversion because you can snail mail a handwritten luxury notecard Papyrus or equivalent with your business card and stand out from other agents. I know firsthand these same prospects have also given minimally their email address if not phone number to redfin and other sites because they will send me directly the idx feed from my competitors asking for more information on a specific property.
