See Emails below....I cannot get anyone to respond after being told the site would be built by 10/20... more See Emails below....I cannot get anyone to respond after being told the site would be built by 10/20. Before asking when the done for you site (199.00 extra) would be done the response rate was exceptional. Yesterday I submitted a ticket (may take 12-24hrs) which is fine but why all of the sudden I cant get any email responses? I hate that I had to post this review because I think the software is excellent but they really need to work on customer service. It is somewhat disheartening that they do not provide a customer service phone number. ---------------------------------------------------------------- Central Ohio Real Estate & Property Management Oct 19 (3 days ago) to PropHosting Ben, How long does it take to get the site built? I started on it for a short while tonight but would like someone that is fluent in the software build it. I loaded the template, personalized it some and created a sub domain for one of the squeeze pages. I linked it to the button on the main site but am getting a CGI bin link. Maybe hasn't propegated yet??? Please let me know when you can get started on building it and getting some SEO optimization on it if possible.
