I don't use this service, (so I hope when owner comments on this review they don't fee the need to R... more I don't use this service, (so I hope when owner comments on this review they don't fee the need to RESTATE that as they did for a previous reviewer) and don't think I will be doing so in the future. While this is somewhat based on the reviews its even more based on the way the Company responded to them and my personal experience with trying to get answers from them via email a few months ago. I did receive 1 reply but never got answers to my further reply questions. I guess they didn't think my clarification questions were worth the time either. As they did with one of the other reviewers here. I think the companies replies here speak for themselves, they are defensive, accusatory and argumentative. I personally spoke with several of the reviewers here and found their experiences to be too similar to be inaccurate. The ones I spoke with all stated that after posting their reviews. They were called by someone from the company and rather than trying to appease them or make things right they were instead berated for their reviews. Seems to me the company would have done better to try to make things right. If it were me I probably would have offered each party a few months of free service and make sure that all the problems they complained of were fixed. Personally I don't do business with any company that doesn't offer refunds or free trials because I don't trust them. It says to me they don't think their product or service will stand up to scrutiny. I think the company handled all of the reviews here very poorly. They would have been far better off if they simply had called or emailed the reviewers and offered them a refund or free service for a few months etc. Rather than making excuses they might at least have had a chance to win these clients or potential clients over. As for me I am completely disinterested in this companies service. There seem to be much better options with full support at similar prices. BTW I intentionally am posting this review anonymously based on the companies apparent harassment of reviewers. But Frank is my real name.

The person that left this review is not a user of our service. He states we don't have support we h... more The person that left this review is not a user of our service. He states we don't have support we have a "Contact Us" from on our site and a live chat function. For users of our service we have support tickets inside the client area and a support email. In his review, he stated it took us 5-6 days to reply to him and this is not true. He used the "contact us" form on our website and we save all of them. He contacted us first on Jan 11. On Jan 12, he used the contact form again in the subject of his Jan 12 message it states "Previously sent on 1/11/17". His message said: Name: David Subject: Previously sent email from 1/11/16 Message: I didn't find a way to email you directly so I am not positive if the message I sent yesterday from here was received or when... We replied on Jan 12 to all of questions. On his reply to us it included repeating questions that were answered We did not reply to your follow up. We should have. Here is an example of the follow up questions he sent: Is there anyway to view,play with the acutal materials/dashboard etc (Trial period or dummy account etc?) No. Each account is setup with full hosting and no trial is available. So No way to access or play the editing software even with an inactive account etc? (We said there is no way to view and use system. His reply is "so no way to access...?) And Can I create a squeeze page from a base template there and move anything or everything, edit etc or are some items just fixed? We have an online editor that allows you to use any template and customize it for any type of lead purpose. So everything can be altered if desired? (We answer "online editor allows you to customize". His follow up questions is "So everything can be altered if desired?" And We have a form builder you can use and add required fields. on the home pages only email is required. For example on a template that asks for name, email and phone. Only email is required. Additional fields can be added and also required to be answered if I desire? (We reply that you can add required fields. His follow up question was "Additional fields can be added and required if desired?" You repeated questions. We still should have followed up but our failure to reply a 2nd time is not worth this unfair and inaccurate review. Again, this reviewer is not a user of our service. I contacted postaprop by the only method they offer their website messaging email. I had quite a fe... more I contacted postaprop by the only method they offer their website messaging email. I had quite a few questions and it took them 5-6 days to reply after repeated follow up reminders to them. When they did reply some of the answers were incomplete or failed to address my question or begged follow up questions. Which I sent to them about 9 days ago at this point with quite a few follow up messages asking if they had received my follow up. So far no reply at all. Given their policy of NO REFUNDS and no support it does make me more than a little apprehensive about paying they a year in advance or for that matter sending them one month premium only to find out it doesn't work as promised etc. Below are my original questions their replies and my follow ups. Perhaps someone there might reply to this post since they have not replied to me directly for over a week. Follow Ups to your replies 1. Is there any way to view/ play with the acutal materials/dashboard etc (Trial period or dummy account etc?) (REPLY) No. Each account is setup with full hosting and no trial is available. So No way to access or play the editing software even with an inactive account etc? Its just that I frequently run into products where they are supposed to be customizable etc but once you get into the product you find out that what you were looking to customize either can't be or if it can be it requires substantial time or money or expertise etc. Also sometimes dashboards are not as easy to follow as the designer believes them to be. 2. Can I point my current URL to you and then have you forward it to my website provider? (so I could make subdomains on your platform but still have my domain go to my current website provider) both ixactcontact (my website company) and netfirms (my domain register) say this should be possible with CNAME Alias and A Records. As I would like to avoid additional URLs if possible. (REPLY) All you have to do point the nameservers for your domain to us and you can use that domain and unlimited subdomains with us. (FOLLOW UP QUESTION) Didn't really answer my question I do understand that the Domain needs to be pointed at you the question I had is related to then forwarding the Primary Domain ComeHomeVirginia.com back to my website so the Domain will still work there or not... both my website with ixactcontact and my web host say this is possible. But depends on you so Yes or No? 3. How many different Promo Videos are available can I view them I saw only 2 on your website. We are uploading 2017 videos in the next 5 days. (REPLY) We will have 5 promo videos for users. (FOLLOW UP QUESTION) Can I view these promo videos somewhere? Youtube, Links, download etc. 4. The "Home Value" Design with the video background wouldn't fit with my area are there other videos available to drop in there? I happen to be east coast near D.C. and our area doesn't look like California lol... are there other videos available that are appropriate for different types of targeted squeeze pages? (REPLY) For the video background you would need to use your own video. (FOLLOW UP QUESTION) Would this require a particular format or file type MP4, AVI etc etc 5. Can I create a squeeze page from a base template there and move anything or everything, edit etc or are some items just fixed? (REPLY) We have an online editor that allows you to use any template and customize it for any type of lead purpose. 6. Do I have control over both what contact info is requested in the squeeze pages and also what is Required by them? (REPLY) We have a form builder you can use and add required fields. on the home pages only email is required. For example on a template that asks for name, email and phone. Only email is required. (FOLLOW UP QUESTION) I see where you are saying additional fields can be ADDED but do I have control over making them REQUIRED or not required if I desire? 7. I notice a lot of things show updated for 2015 or 2016 etc are those updated each year? So they match the appropriate year. Would that require me to remake the squeeze pages each year or would the new version simply display automatically? (REPLY) We updated 2017 guides and constantly add new content. 8. No limit on subdomains, agent or property sites or squeeze pages? (REPLY) No limits. 9. Is dropping in a Youtube video to squeeze, property or agent pages just drag and drop? So that they will play on the site. (REPLY) You can drop in a video from youtube. 10. On the list of features there is mention of "Online Marketing Help" What is meant by that? (REPLY) We have marketing help such as how to videos on marketing such as using Facebook. (FOLOW UP QUESTION) Since you mentioned Facebook I notice that when URLs are posted (Not Ad or Offer etc but post) there or places like LinkedIn that the URLs image doesn't appear in full size and is Not Clickable do you have methods around this besides of course Paid ads? 11. Any plans to add phone and IM support? It would seem with 50,000 plus domains you would almost have to have a better means of tech support. (REPLY) No plans for it. It's not needed. Our service is very easy. our cost is low and we want to keep it as is. With the low cost users are required to simply watch a few how to videos on how to setup and edit pages. (OBSERVATION) Since you aren’t able to reply to emails in a timely manner some sort of support addition seems to be desperately needed 12. Are all of the materials videos, guides, pages downloadable for ease when I am offline? You can download guides in PDF or Word. (REPLY) Videos are not downloadable. (FOLLOW UP QUESTION) If videos can't be downloaded how are they used i.e. how are they sent to leads? Additional Questions not previously asked: Are notifications of leads forward to EMAIL or (TEXT ie SMS) or both or what? Can different squeeze pages be set to notify different emails and phones? If you have no ability to let me TRY the system even in dummy form if I pay for a month or two and decide I want to extend to the full year will you prorate to the $299 for the year e.g. I try two months and pay $80 then say okay I like what I seeand pay $220 to extend to the year?
