By far one of the WORST advertising decisions we have ever made. The quantitiy of leads was almost non-existent, & the quality was even worse... The Q&A section of the site is polluted by trolls who lack both intelligence and professionalism. We cancelled our account, and received notice that 30 days cancellation notice was required. We responded to state we were giving notice, which reset the clock from the date we responded... and this went on for MONTHS. We refused to pay their extortionistic demands, since all services are billed in advance. When we pointed this out, they retaliated by threatenting to report us to credit bureaus for services they intentionally kept active after being given notice of termination. HORRIBLE customer service. HORRIBLE communication. HORRIBLE product. If you have money to burn and wear a dunce cap, this is the solution for you. #scammers #thugs #bullies #roidrain
