What I liked best about realbird was the facebook listing pages you could make with the software. I'm no longer using realbird but definately think it's an excellent product. You could then run facebook ads with the Facebook address listing page. I also liked the html code to imbed a listing flyer on different online blogs, craigslist, ect.
