Zillow real estate agent websites are good sites for the money $10.00 per month. They are a Wordpress based site that is easy to manage and update and for real estate agents. See More Zillow real estate agent websites are good sites for the money $10.00 per month. They are a Wordpress based site that is easy to manage and update and for real estate agents. In a "broker only MLS" area they can be very useful since they come with inventory from national brokerages . They have decent lead capture ability now but the template choices are holding them back from really being 5 star. If they can add some templates more focused on leads and information and not graphics they will be giving a lot of companies a run for the money. Benefits 1. Provides a database of listings to search from in Broker Only MLS areas to give agents a good choice of a site with listings to search from. 2. Great Mortgage Broker / Company website Provides a home search feature and to add to a mortgage site or use as a lead capture site for mortgage companies. Mortgage sites GREATLY benefit from adding real estate listings and since Zillow is not MLS anyone can display the listings - even mortgage lenders and title companies looking to generate leads. 3. Price $10 per month - Wow this is cheap and if these people ever get their act together and produce some good lead capture templates they can really make some waves in the real estate website industry. 4. Guest Book Log In Settings This product has very good guest book log in settings - essential for good lead capture. Negatives 1. Poor template choices - this is the #1 killer of website productivity is having website templates designed by graphic artists with 0 communication from marketing for lead capture and lead generation. If this company can get some good lead capture templates produced that will be good for Google Adwords this product has a huge upside. I can get results from this product and I like it but anytime the client needs to scroll down to see a list of cities and areas you work you are killing the conversion of the site. Once they get that figured out and get the home search tools on the left hand corner and cut the image sizes in half they will have an awesome product. I like it and think that since it is a brand new website product and the company is growing at a massive rate that they will be able to get it right.

Subscribed to a lead generation program for six months at $79 per month. Very little activity and nothing meaningful. Less than half a dozen leads in that period of time. Not recommended. Sales person claimed there was pent up demand for the market when I subscribed. Not true.
