I signed up for a few Zillow leads after being called many times. I haven’t seen anything worthwhile. I get better results by answering questions on Trulia and posting blogs. There is no doubt that Zillow has the eyeballs of many consumers. If you are an individual agent looking to purchase a zip code with Zillow just be aware that they can be pricey. You need to work the leads and respond quickly to any that come to your inbox.

When these guys come up with a Zestimate of my own house that is within a hundred thou of its market value, I might take their pesky telemarketing guys a little more seriously. But until then, they don't have a lot of credibility.

Their websites do not even collect phone numbers, nor do they drip. Their leads are far and few, and expensive.

Very Few leads in 6 mo.! Won't be renewing! :( Paid for a 6 mo. membership but don't think its worth it. At least with Trulia I get a few leads a month....(yes, some are bogus or rental leads)
