Don't do it! You have been warned!

My personal experience: I signed up last Nov. on a 6 month contract then after one month of a couple junk leads i requested for more impressions. The rep sent me a docusign for a 12 month contract. My mistake is that i signed it without reading it thoroughly. I never wanted to extend my existing contract. I only wante...

After trulia / zillow merge
Submitted on 12/10/2015
I spent around $25,000 in 2015 on zillow/trulia impressions for my area and barely broke even. I found that based on the amount of received leads versus spend I was only receiving leads that equaled to around $350 -$400 per lead. Even with southern CA high price points this is excessive.

Expensive for what you receive
Submitted on 11/11/2015
Let me preface by saying, I did close a few sales that generated from Zillow. They did deliver the promises of impressions. I also saw that after the merger with Trulia, that the quality of leads diminished greatly.
If you are someone that will dedicate the time and energy it takes to follow up with leads, you w...

Zillow sales reps misrepresent Zillow contract terms
Submitted on 09/04/2015
What the sales person from Zillow promised me was not what appeared in the written contract sent me. The contract is designed to give Zillow no responsibility to send useful "marketable" leads but requires the agent to pay an extra two months of fees if the agent is dissatisfied with the Zillow services. This is the ...

Save Your Money & Time
Submitted on 07/13/2015
I've been advertising on Zillow for a couple of years. I've purchased multiple zipcodes and to make a long story short - I've lost more money than I've made. What few leads I received via Zillow were from folks fishing for information and rarely responded to calls or emails. I've closed only one viable Zillow lead over...

Broker's monopoly and Realtor's ripoffs machine
Submitted on 04/18/2015
Zillow sells the market to the brokers then try to motivate the agents to purchase more zip codes for more money knowing well that the agents have no chance of getting good leads unless the listings has no firm representing it. That's how zillow works my friend, and when they keep telling you that the reason that you a...

TRULIA SELLS 300 PERCENT OF ONE ZIP CODE
Submitted on 04/05/2015
I place a stop on my credit cards used in a Trulia Buyer Lead program as of February 2015. Long story however I was able to find out Trulia sells 300 percent of one zip code to agents. From what I have been able to find out from the inside is they do not typically inform their telemarketers this. It seems every sale...

Best Marketing ROI
Submitted on 03/27/2015
I have been advertising on Zillow.com for four years now, simply put it is the best marketing ROI (or any ROI) I have ever seen. Course in the past four years Zillow.com have raised their prices several times, and dilluted their advertising % and shares even more times (meaning you get less, but paying more!) but that...
