There are two ways to learn the ins and outs of Craigslist. Fumbling around on your own is one way, but it can take - and waste - a whole lot of time and effort with minimal results. Or, you can go onto Amazon.com and download it to your iPad for under $10. They have everything you need to know about posting ads, advertising new listings and open houses, driving prospects to your web site and even staying out of trouble with the Craigslist police. In my humble opinion, this is $10 well spent. Very well spent.
