Its a SCAM Primier Agent
Submitted on 08/04/2021
Don't advertise with Zillow. I am having the issues as all the reviews on this site and others. Unfortunately I am paying for $600 per month on leads that will never take me anywhere. 2 leads were for a mispriced listed on Zillow.
Someone also asking on properties sold by owner only. Lead was not interested in speak...

BEWARE ~ Zillow is basically a SCAM!
Submitted on 10/17/2018
I have been advertising with Zillow as a premier agent for 5 months now, and I can tell you that it is 100% a scam. I needed a new place to allocate some advertising dollars and decided to give Zillow a try. The sales rep, Lindsay Caldwell, told me the number of leads per zip I would receive (43) for the spend I was wi...

Why Pay More?
Submitted on 09/17/2017
Being a Zillow Premier Agent for last few years, I feel it's time for me to say 'Good Bye' to Zillow Agent Advertising. In fact, one needs to PAY lots of money to get little out of it!
Their popularity among the consumers has increased undoubtedly - people talk about Zillow and Zestimates all the time (which is not-so...

Different schools of thought.
Submitted on 08/02/2017
There are different schools of thought on this. Personally we have never gone down this path - but - we have had extensive discussions with some that have. On the "plus" side one broker who does subscribe reports that approximately $1,000 investment results in 1 transaction - however - they acknowledge that for the $...

Use Your Marketing Money Elsewhere

After much time and about $4,000 in Zillow Agent Advertising costs, I actually got a closing out of it. However, my commission was just under $4,000, so I wouldn't call that a break even scenario. Most of the buyers were either already working with an agent or weren't seriously looking to buy anything. I will certai...

no go zillow
Submitted on 06/11/2017
Back 2010 we used Zillow and had fair results so when I returned to real estate I thought I would try them again even though the cost had tripled. Per the sales rep it was because the "impressions" were higher. I signed up for my local zip after being told I would get 10k impressions with about 65 leads per month.

Former Zillow Fan
Submitted on 03/12/2017
A few months ago, I would have considered myself a big Zillow fan. Our team of 2 agents routinely closed about 5-7 Zillow leads per month. For every dollar we spent, we were making $8. Last month the quality of leads decreased because we were getting a lot of fake listings in our market from scammers. That issue has go...

Junk Leads
Submitted on 12/29/2016
From my experience, nothing but junk leads. Leads calling about expired or sold homes, you call a "lead" and they're the home owner? No quality at all. Not to mention the "Zestimate" is always wrong - either up or down. And, of course, no way to end a contract sooner as you kiss wasted money away each month. My biz par...

Zillow Premier Agent is a complete scam
Submitted on 07/06/2016
I signed up for a 6 month stint. They indicated I would be the #1 spot for a certain zip code. I have gotten nothing but a handful of junk leads - mostly rentals. I tried to argue with Zillow rep, but they said there's nothing they can do and they disappeared. Total scam. Don't waste your money. Much better spent on Go...
