Product Description
Tap into Redfin’s huge network of motivated buyers and sellers while keeping your license at your current brokerage. There's no cost to join & no obligation.
How the Referral Program Works:
Receive Highly-Qualified Referrals: Your profile is displayed on Redfin.com so that clients can select you as their agent. Over five million people use Redfin.com every month.
Pay at Close: When the referral closes a transaction, you receive 70% of the buyer’s agent commission (of the remainder, 15% is refunded to the client and 15% to Redfin).
Clients Choose You: This is an exclusive opportunity to work one-on-one with clients who have picked you as their agent from the start of the transaction to the finish.

Most of the leads you'll be getting are the crumbs the Redfin agents sweep off the table. In-park manufactured homes, funky rural properties, buyers who want to see something "right now," and the buyers who thought they were dealing with the listing agent. In exchange, Redfin expects you to contact these leads at least...

Why would you?

The big question is - why would you do this? I mean become a partner to Redfin referral program whereas your own company does have a referral program and you have your own sphere of agents, your own network where you can freely give or receive the referrals?
It seems people who were part of this program were not at al...

I was a referral partner with Redfin for between 3-4 years and I can confirm they are horrible to partner with. The leads started out okay but over the last year or more have become more and more of a challenge. Redfin would not increase the threshold price amount of homes to accommodate the market value increases th...

One more way to increase the business?
With Zillow, Trulia etc non-brokerage firms 'playing' with Real Estate business is not enough, now it is Redfin's turn. Maximize the business.
No upfront fees - as per them, which is true, however, what one needs to pay later one - as a referral fees (or something else) will nev...

They provide you a lead if your lucky but for the most part they steer all leads to their own and then to specialty agents. The worst use of your time. They don't allow for reviews by clients who have used your internet before in the past nor let you not have a review on less than something around 90% of your clients. ...

They wanted lots of transactions. Your reviews determine if they want you to continue.
Most are first time home buyers needing a lot of hand shake and time. The conversion rate is about 25%.
The plus side is there are some assistants helping providing leads.
You virtually have to work your tail off to earn your com...
