Staples offers wonderful copying and scanning services. I often write contract from a buyer's home or from my car, yet, we must give the buyer a copy. Staples is almost always convenient for having a scanned record or copies for everyone.

I recently mailed a UPS package there and no line and the Fed EX store had 10+ people waiting to be helped and Staples is just 2 blocks away. It was a good option to jump in the car and go there. Also when I had a virus in my computer, Staples did a terrific job of cleaning it up and keeping my informed daily. This is why I gave them 5 stars as I could have lost all my documents, files and picture on my computer. See Less

This is a good place to go for office supplies, and computer peripherals. Unfortunately, our local store isn't always staffed sufficiently with the most knowledgeable support staff. They do have a good selection and at reasonable prices.

See More There are two big box type office supply stores in this area, and of the two, Staples seems to have it more together.. First, there is parking. The first dent I ever got in my last new car was in their lot, notorious for tight spaces and little room to get around posts and walls. Staples, on the other hand, seems to have ample free parking. Then there is inventory. I rarely go into Staples looking for something that I can't find, and usually a quick request to one of their staff points me in the right direction. So I guess that also includes much better customer service, because you don't have to look far to find someone knowledgeable about their inventory when you need assistance. So I'm not surprised that the other guys are reducing the size of their stores and closing many of them. See Less
