That being said, DotLoop is not very user friendly, especially having to do with getting documents prepared and sent for signature. If you are dealing with your own PDF files that have been hand signed, it is a no-brainer but if you have to send things out for signature, it is not very smooth. hide

After using DocuSign I was enthusiastic to use another format, but DotLoop is not impressive. The ability to only save 3 form sets is redundant- it might as well only be 1. I have to create an entire package each time. It's clunky and the continual need to go in and out of each form is frustrating. The search for clients is a joke. Tap an "M" to find Mary and 5 names pop up that don't have an M in it! The loop manager is a waste of time. You add in all the pertinent info for no reason- it does not retain it 95% of the time. Tech support is also understaffed. I spent 30+ minutes on hold the other day. I was caller number 16! It needs a lot of work to be efficient. hide
