The 'web clipper' add-in for my browser and the Outlook add-in make it easy to clip, store, and file almost any data from anyplace. I mean really Evernote has some great features and it's really easy to use. In just a few weeks I have transferred all my digital files, tag them accordingly and organize them in to stacks and notebooks. It's makes my workflow much easier and finding documents within notebooks is a snap. Together with Hello, Skitch and JotNot I've taken my remote office to the next level. I highly recommend Evernote for business. hide

I find more ways to use this app than I thought possible. No more need to carry around receipts to lose later - before actually getting them recorded. Snap - couple of clicks - done - crumple the receipt and recycle. It amazes just about everyone who asks me a question while I'm away from my PC - and when I pull up my phone or iPad - scroll to the notebook - and bring up an image of the AOS. It's an amazing app and I'm looking forward to finding new and different ways to easily capture, organize and store - then access important paperwork. hide

Now I work on both an iphone, ipad and mac and find that I have information at my finger tips where ever I am. I always keep notes, but want to go for a paperless solution and find this a great tool. The best thing that it adds are location, date and time when I captured information. When I am searching for lost information these are great data points to help find information. hide

It's been a great way to store some key #'s and addresses I need often (e.g. our fax #, my acct #'s w/ my vendors and their addresses so I can just send the bills without having to look up all the info). hide
