There are many webinars for us. However, not all of them are really geared towards training. Most of them want to promote a person or a product. Eventually, the person becomes popular and starts selling the product! However, these are the webinars, hosted by homes.com - and few other services do have a bit of 'commercial' only. Most of the time, they are geared towards teaching you something. They bring in the successful agents/brokers who are also good speakers from the industry - and share their success story. They also have archives of old webinars. Worth a trip - you may get an extra transaction or two should you adopt the success strategy from one of these speakers.
