Review for Clever Investor Real Estate Investing Education

I have been a mentor student for 3 months with clever investor. My mentor was Andrew Messaro. I have learned a crazy amount of stuff during my first 3 months. My confidence has grown tremendously, my negotiation skills have been finely sharpen, and my deal evaluation has become more accurate as well. They provided an enormous amount of information and valuable real life examples of situations that may and will arise. Even though i have yet to close a deal, i feel that it's only matter of time.
