Real Estate Trainers Helped Me Pass the State Exam...So Grateful for Giving Me Confidence (by beaniehunter)

In 2005, I had been studying the software and reading the two big books but the weekend before my test date (Tuesday) I took a 2 day course designed to help me to be ready for the test. I had diligently studied for 2 months and although I was passing my practice tests at about a 95% rate each time, I felt this 2 day course will give me added confidence as I was still confused on the appraisal questions.
Took the course and then 2 days later I took the DRE test. Of 150 questions, I knew all the answers except for 2 and they were asking what forms a lender used. So I was confident I had passed as you only needed a 70% passing rate but still you worry until the results are posted.
5 days later, I got the good news I had passed my test and my license would be issued shortly.
