I have seen mixed reviews and as they say "your mileage may differ"
However, I cannot say enough good. I have only been in the program 7 months and the results are exceptional for me. Full disclosure my coach isn't Mr. Ferry, rather Rick Cheever and I have to give him a lot of the credit. But the system is Ferry's and it works! Like many of these things it really isn't anything you don't already know but coaching gives it organization, priority and accountability... I would recommend it to most anyone interested in pushing the limits and comfort zone. If you are into TITWIADI (That Is The Way I Always Did It) probably not for you... but for me, the right thing at the right time and I am looking forward to an even better 2021.
