Watching the Mike Ferry listing presentation DVD does help. As a newer agent, I feel a need to learn from more experienced agents and trainers. Mike Ferry definitely has the training. What struck me the most with his listing presentation exercise was his confidence. He did listen very carefully to his clients during the demonstration. However, he also was very prepared with using comps to justify price. He wasn't going to waste his time listing a home priced too high that would be very unlikely to sell. I highly recommend Mike Ferry's listing presentation DVD!
