Review for Buffini & Company

Brian Buffini's program, very much like Joe Stumpf's "By Referral Only", is a sort of boot camp for agents who need to learn how to prospect for viable clients. And Buffini does a terrific job at helping us see the best strategies for putting ready, willing and able buyers and sellers into our pipelines. Buffini helps agents to use their center of influence, that would be friends, family, and former clients, as a source for our leads. His strategies seem to exploit the fact that, while almost all buyers and sellers start out on the Internet, when it comes to choosing an agent, the vast majority use an agent referred to them by someone they know and trust. His systems stress staying in touch and communicating long after the house settles, and also how to turn clients into raving fans. I've done both By Referral Only and Buffini programs. They are quite similar and I'd recommend doing both because they reinforce one another. I wasn't totally nuts about either of the coaching programs (maybe because I'm not that coachable by a stranger over the phone), but they do seem to work for a lot of people.
