A long time ago when I had very little money to spend I managed to sign up for SEO to The Top and spent week after week learning how to get my website to rank on Google. As a buyers agent it increased my traffic and increased my business. What more can an agent online wish for? Well recently I decided as a nearly 54 year old I was getting fed up with losing weekends to showings and wanted to switch to listings. I decided to enrol in Katerina's group coaching which keeps me on top of all the SEO and teaches me all the new things in the online world today. I also decided to hire Katerina as a private coach to help me transition to a listing agent using the internet only to do that. This month, August 2013 I have had 5 listing appointments and 1 listing referral, all came from my web sites. never in 9 years of real estate have I have that many appointments. I don't mean leads, I mean I went into these homes to discuss a sellers wish to list and sell. Just this weeks session here was I thinking I had this done and could not really do much more. So I asked Katerina for her input and learned how to increase my production even more. We researched and came up with a game plan which wasn't on the cards on Monday but is in full swing now. All to get more listings and shape my business into what I want, not have it shape me. If you are an online agent or broker like I am, I don't believe there are any other coaching programs like Katerina's, I certainly didn't find any. Who needs a referral base of sphere when you are online? I didn't have one and now I don't need one.
