Review for Accredited Buyer's Representative (ABR)

Every agent should go though the ABR courses! The knowledge is very helpful for all agents. Agents don't get why buyer agreements are needed and the course explains this and how to get buyers to sign without feeling threatened. My only complaint is paying the annual fee. I don't see why it's necessary and am considering not renewing.
