I haven't taken any of the classes but I can speak to the quality of the instructor and owner, Captain Wayne Rowlett. He conducts himself in a manner that is very respectful of his students, he is extremely knowledgeable and stays abreast of the changing wave occurring in the real estate world. Captain Rowlett's Florida Online Real Estate School was the source that I turned to when I needed education to reactivate my Florida Real Estate Broker's License. We had relocated back into CA and I had let my Florida license lapse. Realizing that I might go back at some point in the future it became important for me to find a way to complete the educational requirements from across the nation and 3 time zones away.

Once I began I realized that their simple intuitive interface was superior to others that I had used for continuing ed by other companies in the past. More schools are needed and many have closed their doors because of the drop off in new Realtors. I give Rowlett this review for sticking with it. I was a hard person to teach. I can't sit still very long and the teacher made me learn because he saw something in me. I won't forget
