They also have the online training for both Real Estate agents as well as appraisers.
Mykut Online offers Real Estate, Appraisal and soon Mortgage courses.

It's been 17 years ago but I still am benefiting from the basics that Mykut taught me. When I go back for my managing brokers education Mykut will be on the top of my list for real estate training.

Jump over to their webpages and see for yourself. I do this before I commit to any product or resource. You should too. And I like to return a few months later and see what's changed since the state of the business is metamorphic. See if you can find any client testimonials to go along with it.

I'm not from Washington but I know enough about Mykut from the many good things that I've heard, I know that this Lynnwood real estate school is one of the finest in the nation for real estate or appraisal education.
