For years, real estate coaches have been pounding us with telemarketing scripts for calling on FSBOs. I absolutely hate cold calling. Rather, the approach I like is building a stand-alone property website for the FSBO, giving it to them for free, and pretty much owning the relationship once they decide to hire a Realtor. Here's a company that has a FSBO website publishing tool: www.fsbocloser.com Their service also includes daily FSBO leads for free (at least for now)...the leads are usually $40/mo from places like Landvoice and RedX.
