I attended a meeting where a financial expert spoke about the current trends in real estate, which included median home prices and interest rates. His theory is that, as humans, we tend to think in a linear manners so that whatever the current direction of a trend indicated the future direction....

I received a call during my Monday morning walking/exercise time from a home owner who was trying to find someone to help verify her property lines. She told me that she called because a friend told her that "Century 21 has that information"! I explained that I would be in my office in 20 minutes...
