After almost 3 years of delays, cancellations and short sale attempts, this property finally sold on the court house steps in the foreclosure sale. It was purchased by an investor, and will probably come back on the market in the near future.

If you are planning to buy a home and get the $8,000 or $6,500 tax credit, you now have only 44 days left to find your home and get the offer accepted! April 30th is the deadline to have the property identified and offer accepted, and you must close on the property by June 30th. Here is a chart...
