I'm looking to come down to Key West from May 7-14 or 15th this year and wondered if anyone knew of a great place downtown Key West that would be interested in renting. There will be 4 adults no children, we are looking for something close or within walking distance to Duval Street.

what do I have to do to get a fabulous listing to sell? I have done the usual suspects DROP the price, perfectly stage the home, done agent & public open houses, dropped flyers, door knocked and done a video tour which you can see on my website www.TaraSalesRealEstate.com I'm running out of ideas...
